Dear Parents:

 

For the grade three year end party we will be going to Henderson Pool on Wednesday, June 28^th.

 

Here is the schedule for the day:   8:30 Leave the school on bus  (parent helpers must drive themselves to pool as there is not extra space on the bus) 9:00 – 10:30 Swimming 10:45 – 11:30 Playing at Henderson Park 11:30 – 12:15 Eat picnic lunch (kids must bring ALL their own food for the day) 12:15 – 1:30 More playing at the park. 1:30 – 2:00 Arrival back to school

 

Important: Students must bring with them a bag lunch that includes enough food for the day.  Please make sure they have a morning snack, a good lunch and an afternoon snack.  Students will also need a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, swimming items and change of clothes.

 

Each class needs 3 – 5 parents to come with us to meet the adult to child ratio for the pool so if you are able to help please let your child’s teacher know.   Parent helpers must drive themselves over to the pool as there is no space on the bus.  If you are bringing younger siblings you will be required to pay for their entry fee.  Parent entry fee will be covered by the grade three team.
